Extrusion screw rod:
◆ Special screw rod for chemical foaming materials.

EUROTEK, Italy.

Production line composition:
◆ Wires pay-off section: swinging drum wires pay-off machine/high-speed power wires pay-off machine, double-layer co extruder host, online eccentricity/outer diameter detection equipment, constant tension control wire accumulator, cooling system.
◆ Wires take-up part: an automatic dual axis wires take-up machine can be optionally equipped, and the electrical system can be controlled by PLC procedure + HMI humanization.

Production line speed:
◆ Maximum 500m/min.

◆放線部分：甩桶放線機(jī)/高速動(dòng)力放線機(jī)，雙層共擠主機(jī)，在線偏心/外徑檢測(cè)設(shè)備，恒張力控制蓄線架，冷卻系統(tǒng)。
◆收線部分：可選配自動(dòng)雙軸收線機(jī)，電氣可采用PLC程序+HMI人性化控制。
