High speed extruder for building cables
Use:
◆ Suitable for double-layer extrusion of various BV, BVR, BVN, RV, low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cloth cables and thin-walled nylon sheathed cables.
Applicable materials:
PVC, PE, NYLON, low smoke halogen-free materials, etc.
Completed wire diameter:
◆ 2.0mm-12mm.
Production line composition:
◆ Wires pay-off section: swinging drum wires pay-off machine/high-speed power wires pay-off machine, double-layer co extrusion host, online eccentricity/outer diameter detection equipment, tension wire accumulator, cooling system.
◆ Wires take-up section: optional automatic dual axis wires take-up machine, fully automatic shaking reel machine, and PLC + HMI humanized control can be used for electrical control.
Production line speed:
◆ Maximum 600m/min
